We're more than just a boot camp: we're Wild About Fitness. Our courses have been created to deliver weight loss and increased fitness in a challenging yet fun environment. We have chosen the inspirational surroundings of Dartmoor as the backdrop to your stay which encompasses our philosophy of using the great outdoors to improve health and fitness.

Our 6 day boot camps incorporate a variety of physical activities with walking playing a large part, this is an ideal way of burning body fat while being low impact. Alongside walking we use circuit training, yoga, core strength building, pilates and cycling to boost your fitness and weight loss.

In the capable hands of our highly qualified fitness instructors you will be motivated and encouraged to surpass your goals in a fun and safe way. Clients can see an average weight loss of 6lb - 10lb during their time at our boot camps.

Our Fitness and weight loss boot camps have been designed to maximise your weight loss potential during your stay with us. Through an increase in physical activity in a number of different exercises you will not only burn more calories but also take away the knowledge, confidence and motivation to continue towards your goals. We have worked closely with our restaurants to ensure that the food you eat while you're with us is not only some of the finest in the area, but is also enhancing your overall weight loss.

We want you to continue with the skills you learn when you leave and will be on hand with regular health tips, nutrition advice and fitness goals with our free 3 months post course support.
