We want to be with you every step of the way to offer you support and information about fitness, nutrition and healthy eating.
Following your week with us you'll receive your free 3 months post course support, this includes your daily exercise or weight loss advice. They are based on your post course goals that are identified at the end of your week with us. Post course support will be delivered via a SMS message or Email depending on your preference and you will also have access to a wealth of other ways to improve your all round health and wellbeing.
Each week you'll receive a newsletter packed with useful information to keep you motivated and pushing towards your goals. We want you to help inspire others to keep focused and motivated by sharing your successes, as part of the Wild About Fitness community you'll be able to pass on new found tips and advice as well as locations for walks others might enjoy.
