Bootcamp typical day

Typical day
Every day of a Wild About Fitness bootcamp is designed to be challenging and fun. We'll get you working hard but you'll also have plenty of time to rest and stock up on energy.

You'll start with breakfast before joining your instructors for the morning's activity - walking, cycling or circuits. Lunch is a great opportunity to make friends and discuss your goals with one another before heading off for your afternoon session.

You'll finish at around 6pm with a well-earned warm-down and the all-important stretches before some leisure and rest time. After a gorgeous dinner you'll have an evening activity - yoga, pilates or advice on healthy eating and nutrition - before heading off to sleep in your luxurious hotel room.

Breakfast 7.30am
Morning session 9.00am - 1.00pm
Lunch 1.00pm
