At Wild About Fitness we want to help you to understand the effect that your diet has on your health so that you can enjoy food but avoid putting on weight. During your boot camp we will talk to you about the relationship between food and your body and how finding the right balance can help improve both your weight loss and fitness.
We'll also help to introduce new ideas and encourage you to make small changes in your routine, we'll make it fun too so that you're inspired to make and stick to those changes. A healthy diet, balancing how much you eat with how much you exercise is key to your weight loss and we'll give you the knowledge you need to make the right food choices and keep on top of your weight.
